Check in and Check out is between the hours of 10am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm on the day of Arrival/Departure. Alternate check in times may be available on request and are subject to availability. Late check-outs between 4-6pm will incur a *late check out fee(*see rates).

No cat can be accepted without a valid and up to date Vaccination Record. This must be received by us prior to arrival. Should it come to our attention prior to or on your cat's arrival, that they are not fully vaccinated, admission will be refused and full payment will be required.

Failure to present your cat's vaccine cert in digital form via our booking link, email or WhatsApp will require us to obtain records from your listed veterinary clinic. By agreeing to our booking terms you give us permission to have access to such information. We do this to safeguard your cat, our other guests and environment.
- Payment in full will be required for all bookings made where a cat is not vaccinated at the time of booking.
- In order for your cat(s) to be adequately protected during their stay, any booster shots received must be given 7 days or more prior to their arrival. Should it come to our attention prior to or on your cat's arrival that they aren't adequately protected, admission will be refused and full payment will be required.

We cannot admit cats that are visibly displaying symptoms of infectious disease, vomiting, diahorrea, watery eyes, sneezing etc. Should it come to our attention on arrival or during your cat's stay that your cat has recently been ill/injured, is still or starting to display symptoms of injury or infectious disease, admission will be refused. We have the right to remove your cat from the environment and place them in veterinary care/3rd party care or conduct home visits for the remainder of your stay and this will be completely at the owners expense. A 3rd party contact must be organised prior to your cat's stay should they need to be isolated due to injury, illness or other.
- Full disclosure regarding your cat's health or any ongoing health issues is required in advance of boarding. Failure to disclose or inadequate notice of changes to your cat's dietary or medical conditions(i.e new medications to be administered) may see your cat's stay cancelled at short notice.
- In the unlikely event where we have a suspected or confirmed breakout of a virus/bug within the cattery environment we may close the business and cancel bookings to protect all cats in our care. In such cases, booking deposits or payments made in advance of your cat's stay will be refunded.

All cats must be neutered/spayed in order to stay at the The Paw Lodge Cattery. Kittens (Male & Female) up to the age of 6 months will be accepted once fully vaccinated. Should it come to our attention prior to or during a cat's stay, that your cat has not been neutered/spayed, full payment will be required for the duration of your cats stay and in some circumstances, extra charges may apply. We also have the right to refuse admission to your cat(s), should neutering/spaying not be adhered to above the age of 6 months.

We advise each owner to make sure that their cat has received flea/tick and worm treatment prior to arrival. Most treatments for external parasites, generally last 4-5 weeks, we ask that your treatment covers their duration of stay. Based on advice from a number of veterinary practitioners, we don't advise the use of flea collars or similar within our cattery unless medically exempt for spot on treatments.

All cats that arrive to The Paw Lodge, must be safely secured inside their transport carrier. All cats will depart The Paw Lodge, safely secured within their transport carrier also.

The Paw Lodge does NOT provide food for the cats. This must be provided by the owner, prior to arrival. Should food not be supplied, any costs incurred will be covered by the owner in full.

If your cat requires veterinary treatment whilst in our care, we will make every effort for your cat(s) to be transported and treated by it's own veterinary practise. However, if this is not possible/or an emergency, your cat will be brought to a qualified veterinary surgeon and will consult with your own vet if available/necessary. Any costs incurred will be reimbursed by the cats owner.

Sometimes in circumstances beyond our control, your cat(s) may need to be isolated/hospitalised in veterinary care for both their own benefit and/or the safety of other guests. Should this situation arise, you will be notified and an additional fee will be applied at a daily rate. Should you NOT wish for your cat(s) to be isolated, you must arrange for a third party to collect your cat(s) for the remainder of your booking. No refunds or credit will be applied in such circumstances.

If you wish to Cancel a booking. We would appreciate as much notice period as possible as there may be other owners trying to book a stay for their cats with us. As we are a small family run business and facility, failure to cancel your cat's stay will incur charges. Cancellation of your cat's stay, up to 48hrs before your cat(s) arrival will require you to pay in full. Cancellation of your cats stay, up to 3 weeks before their expected check-in will require 50% of your balance due to us.

We do not issue credit or refunds in circumstances where you the owner decide to cut short or cancel a cat's stay prior to the arranged depature.

The Paw Lodge Cattery takes payment in advance of services. No exceptions.

All bookings made with The Paw Lodge Cattery are subject to a booking deposit. We require anything up to 30% of your total invoice before confirming your cat's stay. Deposits are non refundable.

All stays of up to 5 nights must be paid in full before we will confirm your cat's stay. Once paid, this is non refundable.

The Paw Lodge has a minimum stay policy during peak periods. This applies to both single cat and multi cat bookings. Christmas bookings require a minimum stay of 6 x nights or more. For more information on this, contact us.

The Paw Lodge Cattery does not carry/credit funds/amounts for bookings made with us.

All cats that stay with us at The Paw Lodge are boarded at their owners risk.

Leaving your cat in our care past their agreed and scheduled departure dates will incur charges. Leaving a cat in our care past a scheduled departure, without permission or reasonable correspondence will require us to seek alternative accommodation for your cat without your permission.

Owners must give consent and reasonable notice should they require a third party to collect their cat from us on the day of departure. Without consent, we cannot release your cat. No exceptions.

We will send photos and videos to you during your cats stay with us, we also from time to time will post imagery to social media which may include your cats during their stay with us.

GDPR - Your details will be kept safe and secure, only to be used by us. We can assure you they will not be shared with any 3rd party.
