Terms & Conditions

All services require a 'Meet & Greet' prior to commencing our first official visit.
To carry out our services, we may require access to alarm codes. We keep such information safely and confidentially.
We aim to carry out visits at a pre arranged time. However, this may change at short notice.
Services may be cancelled at short notice should dogs show signs of aggression toward us during visits.
Should your pets show aggression towards one another, we may seperate/crate them in between visits for their own safety.
Should your pet(s) require medical attention during our visits, we aim to transport your pet(s) to your desired veterinary practitioner. Should this not be possible, the next available emergency vet will be contacted.
Should your pet(s) require medical attention during our visits, all costs incurred will be billed to you, the pet owner.
Dogs will be toileted on lead should your outdoor space not be fully secure
Dogs will be walked on leads at all times. No 'off lead' walks are permitted during our visits. No exceptions.
Cats must be trained to toilet indoors prior to our visits. We do not allow cats to venture outdoors under our supervision.
Leaving cats/dogs in a multi pet household for long periods unattended may not be suitable for your pets. Your pets may suffer accidental or intentional injury during or between visits. This risk is minimal but can occur. We are not responsible for any injuries(accidental or intentional) that may arise during or between visits to your pets.
We do not provide services on a 'shared' basis (i.e. providing a morning visit while a friend, neighbour, relative provides an evening visit).
Leaving your pets at home unattended is done so at your own risk.
