In July 2022 we put a number of measures in place to try and minimise the amount of last minute cancellations we receive.
This did work for the majority of cases but recently we've seen a spike in the this trend once again.
This is financially difficult on ourselves as a small family run business and unfair on the people(like you!) who want to board your cats with us and in turn, miss out! 😿
From October 1st 2023, any bookings made will be subject to our new structure on how we take bookings and payments alike.
